These features will enable SCB’s customers to deposit and withdraw notes and update their passbooks – all from one compact terminal. The terminals’ cash recycling capabilities will also reduce operational costs for the bank.
Bangkok, Thailand-based SCB is Thailand’s largest financial institution by market capital. Established in 1906, it is Thailand’s first indigenous bank. Today, SCB offers a full range of financial services to consumers and businesses and has the largest number of domestic branches and ATMs. With the addition of Diebold’s Opteva 378 ATMs to its fleet, SCB is enhancing services and the experiences of customers at the self-service terminal.
“Diebold’s customized ATMs will help our customers more quickly and conveniently manage deposits and update their passbooks both quickly and conveniently.
