Diebold To Speak At Credit Union National Association Operations Sales And Service Council Conference

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. – Diebold, Incorporated (NYSE: DBD) will attend and speak at the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Operations Sales and Service Council conference in Hollywood, Calif., from Sept. 22-25. The conference serves as the premiere networking and educational event for credit union professionals to explore and discuss key trends and best practices pertaining to operational efficiency, sales and services.

During the conference, Diebold experts will participate in speaking sessions discussing branch transformation and Diebold’s Concierge Video Services. The first session, titled “Leveraging Video to Enhance the ATM Experience,” will explore how two-way video at the ATM enables financial institutions to stay competitive and profitable in today’s marketplace. Montana-based Missoula Federal Credit Union, among the first to pilot Diebold’s Concierge Video Services, will speak during the session on how its pilot of the solution helped to enhance the member experience and migrate transactions to the self-service channel.

Diebold will also lead a workshop titled “Transforming the Branch Experience,” which will highlight how a credit union can drive change to enhance sales effectiveness, increase operational efficiency, mitigate risks and improve member experience. In this three-hour collaborative workshop, participants will learn how to develop and execute a successful branch transformation strategy that combines the right balance of human connection and today’s advanced technology.
