Enhancing security and promoting Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance for UFCU's ATMs, Diebold will maintain up-to-date anti-virus software on the credit union's terminals using ATM Endpoint Protection by Symantec™. Diebold will also confirm all programs have the latest security patches through its software deployment service. In addition, UFCU will be able to view ATM compliance status updates and track usage, cash utilization and other statistics via Diebold's Services Electronic Reporting Access System (SERAS).
Diebold's OpteView® Resolve™ ATM availability management monitoring solution will help improve the uptime of UFCU's ATMs. The solutions allow Diebold to identify and diagnose ATM errors, enable remote fixes and automatically deploy service technicians when needed.
