Presents new technology to help financial institutions achieve branch transformation goals

Diebold’s booth (#413) will feature the following solutions designed to enhance the consumer experience while streamlining operations:
- Opteva® Branch Performance Series™, the newest family of in-lobby banking terminals, deliver a self-service or partially assisted service capability directly at the teller line, next to a teller pod or as a stand-alone unit within the lobby or vestibule.
- Concierge Video Services™, provides consumers with the option to initiate video calls to customer service representatives, in order to complete activities not traditionally conducted during ATM transactions.
- Mobile cash access, enabled by a partnership with Paydiant, allows consumers to use their smartphones, instead of their debit or credit cards, to withdraw cash from automated teller machines (ATMs).
