Diebold Focuses On Branch Transformation At BAI Retail Delivery
Demonstrates technology to help financial institutions achieve branch channel goals

That’s why the company will showcase its solutions at the Banking Automation Institute (BAI) Retail Delivery conference in Denver, Colo. from Nov. 5-7. Diebold’s booth (#4013) will feature the following technology designed to enhance the consumer experience while streamlining operations:
- Opteva® Branch Performance Series™, the newest family of in-lobby banking terminals, deliver a self-service or partially assisted service capability directly at the teller line, next to a teller pod or as a stand-alone unit within the lobby or vestibule.
- Concierge Video Services™, provides consumers with the option to initiate video calls to customer service representatives, in order to complete activities not traditionally conducted during ATM transactions.
- Mobile cash access, enabled by a partnership with Paydiant, allows consumers to use their smartphones, instead of their debit or credit cards, to withdraw cash from ATMs.
Additionally, Diebold will participate in a forum focusing on the next generation of the bank branch and how to overcome challenges that a multi-channel environment presents. This three-hour collaborative session allows senior executives to learn how technologies can be leveraged to make the branch more efficient and improve customer experience, and how data can play a role in transformation.
