Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Jürgen Wunram currently serves as senior vice president and chief operating officer. In this role, he is responsible for integration, IT, security, quality, indirect procurement, as well as the company's Aevi subsidiary.
Most recently, Wunram served as the company's senior vice president and chief integration officer. In this role, he was responsible for managing the process of combining the Diebold and Wincor Nixdorf businesses into a single organization.
Previously, Wunram served as the CFO, COO, and a member of the executive board for Wincor Nixdorf AG, beginning in March 2007. In January 2013, he was also appointed deputy CEO for the company. In this role, he was responsible for finances and several operational functions, including IT and procurement.
Wunram began working with Wincor Nixdorf in 1993 as a consultant with McKinsey and Company, a leading management and consulting firm. In this capacity, he helped to shape the company by supporting the management in several transformation programs and growth initiatives.
Prior to that, Wunram led McKinsey’s Hamburg office and was a member of the leadership team for the European High-Tech Sector and Operations Practice. During his years with McKinsey, Wunram was engaged with some of the world's leading companies in the automotive, aerospace, airline and electronics and information technology industries.
Wunram started his professional career as a project manager in systems and software engineering in the international space station program at MBB/ERNO (now Airbus Defence and Space) in Bremen, Germany.
A native of Germany, Wunram has a doctorate in mathematics from the University of Hamburg and currently lives in Bremen, Germany.
